As the 2025 Signature Builder, Twilight Homes is proud to showcase five remarkable new homes across Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. These homes reflect our unwavering commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and livability—and highlight the best of what New Mexico homebuilding has to offer.

From custom luxury to cutting-edge design and energy-efficient features, each Twilight home on the tour offers something unique. Whether you’re actively house hunting or simply exploring, the Spring Parade is your chance to be inspired.

About the Parade:

Since 1990, the Spring Parade of Homes has been a self-guided showcase of new and remodeled homes throughout the metro area, including Placitas, Los Lunas, and the East Mountains. Hosted by the HBA, the event features a variety of builders, from custom to production to remodeling specialists—giving you a broad view of what’s possible in New Mexico homeownership.
